• Athletes should regularly perform daily health checks, starting 2 weeks in advance, and isolate themselves as much as possible.
  • Everyone who applies or will be assigned to the camp should listen to themselves before the event, if they are sick, they should not come to the camp and report the situation to the authorities via the internet and / or phone.
  • The athlete should come to the camp by declaring that she/he had PCR and similar tests and should declare that she/he was negative for Covid 19.
  • Social distancing must be at least 1.5 meters for everyone in the event area.
  • All equipment used should never be shared among athletes.
  • Before the event, all athletes with potential risks (comorbidities, drugs, allergies) must do their health checks.
  • In the event area and in the vehicles, in a way that everyone can reach; Alcohol-based hand gel and hygiene will be available.
  • Personnel and volunteers who come into contact with items that should be hygienic due to their duties will use rubber gloves.
  • The water bottles given to the athletes will be clean.
  • Everyone (including athletes, volunteers, sponsors) who will be in the event area should regularly measure / get measured their temperature and monitor their health regularly.
  • Those with a fever above 38°C will not be allowed to participate in the rides.
  • If you are sick, do not contact anyone, do not participate in the rides.
  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer will be available in the event area, hotel and staff vehicles.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your arm (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing. Follow the hygiene rules. (keep distance: at least 1.5 m), use disposable tissues when coughing or sneezing or cover with your elbow and wash your hands. If the cough persists, isolate yourself immediately and seek help from the nearest medical personnel.
  • Stay away from and avoid contact with people affected by acute respiratory infections.
  • Never share personal items such as clothes, soap, hygiene etc.
  • Precautions for the use of water bottles:

 • The hygiene team is responsible for ensuring that all athletes, officials and staff have their own water bottles to prevent transmission of viruses and bacteria.

  • Avoid touching your mouth and noses.
  • Avoid shaking hands and hugging.
  • The rides will be according to the speed groups and will consist of a maximum of 10 cyclists. You are kindly requested to participate in the ride by following the driving rules and following the warnings of your Boosters.
