THRACE VINEYARD ROUTE: A DELİGHTFUL CYCLING JOURNEY AMONGST VINEYARDS

This special cycling tour through the enchanting vineyards and historic landscapes of Thrace offers an unforgettable experience for wine enthusiasts and cycling lovers. Pedal through historic vineyards, savor carefully selected wines, and enjoy long gourmet dinners under the setting sun. Begin your day with a peaceful breakfast, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature and the vineyards.

11:00 - Briefing
11:30 - Preparation for the ride, bag delivery
12:00 - DRIVING - 98km 1,450m
BARBARE - YÜKSELTAN VINEYARD
19:00 - Dinner YÜKSELTAN
Unlimited wine and unlimited pizza (Included)
ACCOMMODATION: Yükseltan Vineyard
The number of rooms is limited. After the capacity is full, participants will stay at the Hampton Hilton Gelibolu.

25 September Friday

9:00 - Breakfast
10:30 - DRIVE 65 - 82km
YÜKSELTAN - KABATEPE PORT
15:00 - 17:00 - Gökçeada Ferry
We will ride 18km from the ferry exit to the hotel.
18:00 - Arrival at the hotel - SURF HOTEL
19:00 - Transfer for dinner
Dinner: Meraklis Taverna - Tepeköy (Included)
ACCOMMODATION: SURF HOTEL

26 September Saturday

9:00 - Breakfast
11:00 - DRIVE 55km 1,000m
GÖKÇEADA TOUR
12:30 - 14:30 Break / meal in the center (Not included)
15:00 - Return to hotel
17:30 - Transfer for dinner
Dinner at sunset at Poseidon with limited alcohol (Included)

27 September Sunday

8:00 - Running on Salt Lake
9:00 - Breakfast
11:00 - DRIVING 18km 300m - DRIVING TO FERRY
11:30 - Check-out
13:00 - Ferry
15:00 - Barbare Transfer

IMPORTANT NOTES

If ferry schedules change, our program may also be adjusted. Trips may be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, the organization will provide alternative solutions.
There may be changes in hotel or restaurant reservations.
The first night’s accommodation is at Yükseltan Vineyard. Once capacity is full, new registrations will stay at Hampton Gelibolu.

POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Until 10th Sept: 50% amount will be refunded in 30 workdays or %30 can be transferred to an other Boostcamp event.
After 10 Sept: No refunds. 100% no-show fee is charged.

Rules

5km Rule

During the rides, any cyclist who falls 5km behind the group will be transported by vehicle to catch up. Boarding the vehicle is mandatory.

Support Vehicle

Vehicles are following to provide support to participants. It is not possible to stay in the vehicle throughout the course. You may use it to overcome climbs or to catch up with the group.
